Highworth Childminder - Fees

Highworth childminder Maxine Apps charges fees on an hourly basis with all fees payable in advance.

Childminding Service under 8’s

Daily Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm £3.75 per hour per child.
There is a minimum booking of 2 hours per session.

Childminding Service over 8’s

Term Time: Before School / After School
Monday - Friday: 8am to 9am & 3pm to 6pm £3.75 per hour per child
School Holidays: Monday - Friday: 8am to 6pm £3.75 per hour per child.

Breakdown of Hourly Fees

Standard fee: £3.75
Overtime: £7.00
Childminder illness: No fee
Child illness: Full fees
Childminder holiday: No fee
Child holiday: Full fees
Bank holidays: £3.75

The normal hourly rate applies to settling in visits whether or not the parents are present.

A 20% reduction is applicable for an older sibling.

Your fees will be averaged over 12 months enabling you to easily budget from month to month for your childcare costs.

All fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of each month (or week, if preferred).

Childcare Vouchers

Many employers issue tax saving childcare vouchers and Maxine is registered to accept fees in the form of vouchers from Busy Bees and Accor amongst others.

What is included?

All meals and drinks are included with the exception of baby formula. Parents will need to provide nappies (disposable or real) and baby wipes.

Please note: If arrears of fees occur, Maxine reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place until fees are paid up to date. An additional late payment fee of £7.00 will be charged for each day the fees remain unpaid.
